Once you have submitted your application online, our dedicated recruitment team will assess your application in line with the requirements for the role. We will endeavour to reply to your application as quickly as possible, however, typically it can take between 1-2 weeks after the closing date to assess your application.
For each opportunity we evaluate the most appropriate selection methods according to the skills and knowledge required for the role. Typically, the process will involve a first interview, which will enable us to get a better understanding of your background and for you to learn more about us.
We will then decide if you have the background/experience that is necessary for the role and progress you to a second interview. This will typically involve a competency-based interview and depending on the role you are applying for may involve a presentation, group/individual exercises and/or testing.
At Wyeth we are interested in the preferences that you have in your approach to work, therefore all candidates attending a further interview with Wyeth will complete a personality questionnaire.
