The Havant site has been in operation since 1957. To stay at the forefront of the pharmaceutical industry activity at Havant has moved away from making products and towards a focus on end-pack, finishing and distribution.
The Havant site is now associated with Wyeth Global Biotech Network, the fastest growing area of the company’s operations. There are 8 key products that are packaged at the Wyeth site, and these 8 products are broken down into 200 different types of stock.
The site packages around 22 million packs a year to 120 different customers around the world. Havant is a world-class leader in the technology used for ‘cold chain’ packaging and distribution as many of the products must be kept within a strictly controlled temperature range at all times.
As a customer focused site correct delivery of our products is critical to success. Ensuring they arrive with the customer on time and meeting the customer requirements is a pre-requisite.
